To pay by check
Print this form out, fill in as requested, including your accommodation preferences, and mail it with a check for $300 as a deposit for tuition and housing. The balance due is payable at the time of registration at the retreat. You will be notified at that time which housing is allocated to you. We will do our very best to meet your preferences, but please be aware that that is not always possible.
You can cancel your registration up to one month prior to the event. You will receive a refund of deposit less $100 administration fee. If you cancel within six weeks of the event, there can be no refund, as we have contractual obligations with Mt Madonna.
If you have a need for a payment plan, or you would like to apply for a scholarship, call Mary at our office at 831-688-1694 or Toll Free 800-558-4105. We have a limited number of full or partial scholarships for those who genuinely want to attend, but cannot afford the tuition fee. We cannot provide a scholarship or payment plan for accommodation costs.
