I just wanted to share with you that that my 10 year old daughter, as a part of her school homework, had to read to someone out loud last night. I had her read to me a part of Leonard's new book, Journey into Now, and she really got it! She told me all the belief's that she has about herself. She also told me that she feels alone and abandoned and that she always has to be good. We also had a conversation earlier in the day about something that happened and she became really defensive and wouldn't talk to me. After she read the section in the book on having a fight or flight response after feeling criticized, she said that she did the flight thing. I asked her what she meant and she explained her response based upon what she had read in the book.
The book is wonderful! We are all enjoying it! Thank you!
