I have been wanting to write for some time. I want to tell you that of all the teachers and experiences that I have had on my journey, the things that you taught me to be aware of, and how to become aware, have made the most impact in my life. Being present has become an every day part of my life. It is so much a part of my life that I don't even think about it anymore but I notice that the tools I learned from you are always there. It was hard at first but now it has become the way I live my life and it is easy. My life is so rich in every way now. No dramas, no more unconscious pain, and my life reflects it.
