Judgment
Presence, by its very nature accepts, allows, and includes. If you are involved in judgment, you cannot be present, for the simple reason that in Presence, there is no judgment.
The energy of judgment will instantly remove you from Presence. It will take you into separation and, as long as you continue to judge, you will remain in separation.
Transcending judgment is one of the primary keys to awakening. But how do you free yourself from judgment?
If you reject judgment or try to get rid of it, it will thrive within you. You will have to own, acknowledge, confess, and express the judgment each time it arises within you. And you will have to do so without any judgment!
Each time judgment arises within you, just acknowledge it. Do not be afraid of it. Do not judge it. Confess it to someone who is present, or confess it to God, who exists at the very heart of silence within you.
"God, did you see that? Judgment is arising. I confess it before you, God. And I know that you do not judge me for it, for you are absolutely without judgment."
It is important to own the energy of judgment. Confess it, but do not believe in it.
It helps to exaggerate. Spend a week being extremely and absurdly judgmental. Walk around judging the flowers. Tell the flower that its color of yellow does not please you. Tell the trees that they are not tall enough. Tell the sky that it is not blue enough. Ham it up! Exaggerate! Have fun. Do not take yourself seriously.
Whenever you judge yourself or another, bring it to consciousness and confess it. Gradually you will expose the energy of judgment within you. And then it will lose its power over you. It will begin to dissolve, not because you are trying to get rid of it, but because you are lightheartedly embracing and accepting it.
Judgment will surrender in the face of love and acceptance.
Without judgment, there is nothing to hold you in the world of separation. Now you are free. Now you are like God. You are without judgment and you can come home to Oneness and the truth of life!
