Video Webcast Login Problems

If you are having a problem logging on, first check the following:

1. Did you register for the video webcasts with an e mail address and password? If not, please do so now using the registration form provided.

2. Did you receive a confirmation email with an activation link from info@leonardjacobson.com? If not, please check your spam folder. And did you activate your webcast registration by clicking on the link? If not, please do so now

3. If you have completed the above steps, and you still cannot log on to the video webcast or replay try the following steps:
(a) Refresh your browser.
(b) Try registering again using the registration form provided. Be sure to activate your new registration.
(c) If you are still having problems, e mail us at info@leonardjacobson.com and tell us the problem you are having and we will do our best to remedy it.
