You have requested a single bedroom with a shared bathroom. Other amenities within the home, such as kitchen and living room will be shared with other members of the group. Upon your payment of $1920.00 the cost of the retreat will be paid in full.

Please note: Food is not included in the cost of accommodation - each home has a fully equipped kitchen and supplies can be purchased in the village supermarket, a short walk from the center.

Terms & Conditions

These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to you (The Client) when booking this retreat. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.

These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Conscious Living Foundation, and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein.

BOOKING & THE CONTRACT

All persons wishing to make a booking have to carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By making a booking with Conscious Living Foundation, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Conscious Living Foundation sends a confirmation email when you have completed either full payment or the first payment of your payment plan.

PAYMENT

For this retreat, you can either pay the cost of attending the retreat in full or with our payment plan over three months. If you pay using the payment plan, you agree to have sufficient funds in your credit card account on the understanding that each month, the next payment will be automatically processed until the cost of attending the retreat is paid in full. Payments can be paid via all major credit cards. All retreat prices shown are quoted and payable in US Dollars.

CANCELLATION BY THE CONSCIOUS LIVING FOUNDATION

Conscious Living Foundation reserves the right to cancel the retreat for any reason. The Client agrees that Conscious Living Foundation is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car rental or parking or other fees, loss of earnings, etc.

If for any reason Conscious Living Foundation must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of accommodation and tuition costs. We suggest that you book refundable travel fares or take out travel insurance. By registering for this retreat, you are agreeing that you alone are responsible for your travel and other incidental expenses incurred as a result of cancellation of the retreat by Conscious Living Foundation

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

If you cancel your registration before June 1, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus a $100 administration fee. This applies whether you pay in full or use our payment plan.

If you cancel between June 1 and August 1, you will receive a refund of 50% of all monies paid, minus a $100 administration fee.

If you cancel after August 1, there will be no refund.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

The Client agrees to inform Conscious Living Foundation of any medical conditions, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect their fitness to attend this retreat. Please email if you have concerns. It is absolutely vital that you accept full responsibility for yourself in this regard for your own safety.

FINAL PAYMENTS

If a payment is not received by the due date, Conscious Living Foundation reserves the right to treat the Client’s booking as cancelled.

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE

Conscious Living Foundation recommends Clients obtain travel and medical insurance. Conscious Living Foundation recommends purchasing refundable air fares and other travel expenses.

PHOTOS, VIDEO AND CONTENT CREATION

In the course of participation in this retreat, photos or video may be taken by participants and members of the staff. These images may be used in any of Conscious Living Foundation promotional materials, website, all social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook etc) unless Clients specifically requests in writing to Conscious Living Foundation, to not use any material your image is depicted in. Otherwise, permission is granted to Conscious Living Foundation to perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes.

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any term or condition contained herein is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason than such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this Agreement or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining Terms and Conditions to survive and continue as binding.

SUCCESSORS & ASSIGNS

These Terms and Conditions shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Conscious Living Foundation and the Client and their respective heirs, legal personal representatives, successors and assigns.

APPLICABLE LAW

The Contract and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of North Carolina.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

When a Client completes, submits and makes the payment for booking their place for the retreat, they agree to accept all these conditions. By booking a retreat, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.
